Kestrel ("we", "us") is operated by Kestrel Software Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. This page explains what personal data we collect when you sign up for early access and how we use it.

What we collect

When you submit the early-access form, we collect:

Your name
Your work email address
Your agency name
The size of your agency and the number of branches
The CRM or property software you're currently using

Why we collect it

We collect this information to:

Send you updates about Kestrel and our launch
Invite you to participate in research interviews or pilot programmes
Tailor what we build to the needs of agencies like yours

Our legal basis is your consent, given when you tick the consent box on the signup form.

Who has access

Your data is stored in Attio (our customer relationship management tool) and used to send email via Resend. Both are GDPR-compliant data processors. We do not sell or share your data with any third party.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as you remain interested in Kestrel. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing hello@getkestrel.co.uk and we will do so within 30 days.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

Access the data we hold about you
Correct any inaccurate data
Delete your data
Object to or restrict our processing of your data
Withdraw your consent at any time
